Mellow Programmes
Mellow programmes are for parents who may have had poor relationships in their own childhood or at any time since or for parents who may be experiencing difficulties that might affect parenting. This programme offers support in developing strong relationships with your baby!
There are a number of Mellow Parenting Programmes including:
- Mellow Babies – a group for mums with babies under 18 months.
- Mellow Parenting – a group for mums with children under 4 years.
- Mellow Dads – a group for Dads with children under 4 years.

Mellow Babies made a huge difference to my life. It made me feel normal again, got me socialising again and I made a new friend out of it. It encouraged me to check out other programmes SureStart had to offer and in the end I took my child to every group that I could. It also helped my child be apart from me and he wasn’t scared of meeting new people. All in all it changed my life and I’m so glad I did it.
