Bumps to Babes Antenatal Class
Come along and enjoy gentle stretches, exercises, relaxation and breathing techniques. This can help ease pelvic and back pain that you may be experiencing during pregnancy.
This class will be led by a Physiotherapist.
Booking is essential.
Suitable for:Antenatal mums from 14 weeks
Duration:Weekly 1 hour session for 4 weeks
I really enjoyed this class. It was very relaxing at 34 weeks pregnant and I would definitely recommend to other mums. I would recommend this class – very friendly and welcoming, lovely to see other women at the same stage of pregnancy.
